What is livegoal?

Livegoal is a white-labeled client onboarding portal. Software vendors, agencies, and implementation teams use it to take each new client from signed contract to go-live through clear, phase-based steps — kickoff, setup, training, go-live — in a portal the client and the vendor's team both work from.

Every task has an explicit owner (client-side or vendor-side), clients can check status and complete tasks from a link without an account, and a phase-aware AI assistant answers questions based on exactly where a client is in their onboarding. Pricing is per active client account, not per seat, and the portal carries the vendor's brand on every plan.
